The Himalays

Nepal is very famous country for Himalayas. There are hundreds of the Himalayan peaks in northern part of the country. There are 14 mountains more than 8000 meters high In the world. More than half of them are in Nepal. There are 8 Himalayas which are more that 8000 meters high. They are :
1) Mount Everest, 8848 miters
2) Mount Kanchanjunaga. 8586
3) Mount Lotse 8516
4) Mount makalu 8463
5) Mount Choyu 4245
6) Mount Dhaulagiri 8167
7) Mount Manasalu 9163
8) Mount Annapurna 8091
In Nepal 267 Himalaya peaks are opened for climbing. Till now more than 38 Himalayan peaks are not named, which are more than 7000 meters high.
